The Food:

Miso Soup
Miso Soup

We decided to go to Let's Sushi for lunch, which was great because it cost $20.99 for the all-you-can-eat experience. Our first course was two miso soups, which came out hot and fresh. I liked that it was a simple miso with tofu and scallion.

Sesame Balls
Sesame Balls

I had to order something hot from the kitchen, so I got the sesame balls. They came out screaming hot, presumably from the fryer. The outside was crispy while the dough inside was soft and warm. It also had a red bean paste filling, which tasted amazing. Red bean paste has a subtle sweet taste, which goes well with the fried dough.

Tuna Avocado Hand Rolls

The various sushi rolls we had were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the hand rolls that they packed with fresh tuna and avocado. The hand rolls were also wrapped in fresh, crispy seaweed, rounding out the great taste.

Little Tokyo & Jersey Shore Rolls

Our favorite maki roll was hands down the Little Tokyo Roll. It had crab, shrimp, cream cheese, avocado, then deep fried, and covered with spicy eel/mayo sauces.

Tuna, Avocado, & Spicy Tuna Hand Rolls

Even the standard avocado and tuna rolls were fantastic. You can see from the pictures the large amount of filling they put in each of these rolls. It really made it feel like you were getting your money's worth.

Service:

Our waitress at Let's Sushi was fantastic! She asked if this was our first time going here, and we said yes. She then explained the whole ordering process and got our drink order quickly. The food and rolls came out in good order. Pro tip if you come here, order your next rolls when your current order is being served to you. This way, you have a constant flow of food, and you don't have to wait after you finish a round.

Atmosphere:

Seating

The inside of Let's Sushi is nice. They have decorations that you might find at other Japanese or Chinese restaurants/buffets. All seating, floors, and walls are new, as this is a newly renovated space. There are plants located at the front to give a welcoming feel. I have also included the menus they gave us for lunch below. This includes the food and drink menus.

Rating: Excellent |⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐|

Let's Sushi is a truly awesome place to try in Pittsburgh. I am very pleased that there is a new sushi and hibachi restaurant that is all-you-can-eat. The quality of the fish, rice, and seaweed in all the sushi was very good. All of the rolls felt unique and were delicious. We also like the sesame balls we ordered from the kitchen. Next time, we will have to try more hot food. The service was also great, and the waitress was very friendly. If you are hungry and looking for a sushi buffet, Let's Sushi is your place to try! It compares to another new sushi buffet, 8 Star Cuisine; however, I think this is better.
