The Food:

| Fish & Chips |
For dinner, we decided to try some items off the Lent menu and one from the regular menu. I ordered the fish & chips, which came with French fries, coleslaw, cocktail sauce, and a tartar remoulade sauce. The fish was beer-battered on the outside and flaky and meaty on the inside. I enjoyed the fish; it was a little greasy, but if you like beer-batter breading, you will like it. The coleslaw was good and drier as they do not put as many toppings on it.
The mellville fish sandwich was the Lent special, which is the fish and chips but with a bun, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Overall, both of these fish dishes were enormous and can easily be split by two people. If you decide to order the dishes individually, expect to have leftovers.

| Industrial Hot Chicken |
Someone else in the group got the industrial hot chicken for dinner. It has a fried chicken breast, ghost pepper cheese, hot chili oil, southern slaw, and pickle chips on a brioche bun.

| Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale |
The beer of choice was the Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale. It had a nice crisp taste similar to a dark beer. However, it was also not too strong or bitter with a malty taste at the end. It was the beer special on tap, and it was $5 a glass.
Service:
Our waiter was very good throughout our meal. He always came by asking if we were ok and needed anything else. I think he was too good at his job, as we ended up getting multiple beers during our dinner. The foot came out in good order, and we did not wait long for anything.
Atmosphere:
The inside of Industry is very nice and modern. When you first walk in, you are greeted by the large wraparound bar with large open windows and high ceilings. To the left are more dining room areas with large wooden tables, cool, subtle wall decor, and nice exposed brick. It does give you the impression that you are eating in an old industrial building, which is pretty cool.
Rating: Good |⭐⭐⭐⭐✩|
Industry Public House in Lawrenceville is a cool place to check out for good beer and food. On the weekends, it always seems busy and full of life, as it is in the heart of central Lawrenceville. I enjoyed the food, and the only complaint I could say is that the fish was a little too greasy for me. The beer was cold and unique, and the interior was relaxedand inviting. If you are looking for a place to check out during Lent, they have a whole menu dedicated to it. Give this place a try if you are in the area, or the location in North Fayette, which I also reviewed!
